To offer the best service to our guests, we have two options to check-in: in-person check-in and self-check-in with code access. Check-in open at 3:00pm.

In apartments with check-in in person, our staff will welcome you in person and help you access the apartment. To avoid waiting, it is very important to communicate your arrival time. On-site check-ins are open from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. After 8:00pm there is a fee to be paid for evening check-in.
What is the procedure for self-check-in apartments?
What does self-check-in mean? Some apartments are equipped with a code access system that will allow you to access the property in total autonomy. Easy and very comfortable. To receive the codes, simply fill in the form that you will receive via email at the time of booking.
When do I have to fill in the online check-in form?
We recommend that you carry out the online check-in procedure at the time of booking, to make sure you receive all the information you need to access the apartment. To avoid problems, it is essential to fill out the form at the latest the day before arrival.
When will I receive the login instructions?
You will automatically receive the instructions to access the apartment and the related codes within 1 hour of sending the completed form.
Can I request an early check-in?
Our check-in is from 3:00pm to give the cleaning service the necessary time to carry out a thorough cleaning. It is possible to request an early check-in only to leave your luggage and collect the keys starting at 12:30pm. We remind you that our reception is at your disposal with the luggage storage service from 9:00am to 8:00pm every day.
